    Want to make healthy meals but don't have the time? Try a freezer meal workshop at Good Harvest.

    Take two hours out of your schedule and have 10 home-cooked meals (4-6 servings each) for your freezer. We'll do all the shopping for you and it won't cost you any more than the price of the ingredients! We'll even wash the veggies and chop the meat. Sign up for one or both of the workshops. 

    Cost is $239 per workshop (cost of ingredients, including extra spices to take home).  The first 5 people to join will receive a $20 discount!

    Space is limited.  Participants work at their own pace.  Some finish as quickly as an hour.
