    The Waukesha County Sustainability Plan is a guide for furthering the sustainability of Waukesha County’s internal operations and facilities. In Waukesha County, several sustainable opportunities exist in our roads and highways, parks and land use, and buildings. Through our sustainability efforts we carefully balance resource management with fiscal responsibility.

    Shane Waeghe is the  Facilities Manager for Waukesha County Department of Public Works and holds a BS is Facilities Management and a Masters of Management in Organizational Development and Change. Shane joined the County staff in 2012 and enjoys the people and culture here. As Facilities Manager, Shane implements and evaluates systems for efficiency and continuous improvements in energy and sustainability.
