Workshops & Classes in our Community Room that promote physical, emotional and spiritual wellness facilitated by notable health professionals
Store Tours to interested groups which includes a short discussion on what makes us unique, a store tour and plenty of sampling
Special sales and celebrations, like our Wellness Tuesdays, which take place the last Tuesday of each month and includes giveaways, consultations and discounts
Community Events where we speak to school groups, companies, service organizations and other large and small groups about the benefits of healthy eating
