Our meat & poultry department offers only the finest in certified organic free-range beef, pork and poultry. We seek out growers who raise their animals in an environment where they can move about freely outdoors – this means a better life for the animal and leaner and more flavorful meat for you.
We are the only all-organic butcher shop in Southeast Wisconsin, and in addition to our cuts of meat and poultry, we also create our own organic brats, italians and more. We know your lives are hectic and it’s hard to find time to prepare a healthy, well-balanced meal for your family. The meat department would like to help - visit our service case and you will find ever-changing selection of oven or grill ready meal ideas, from simple dinners like southwest burgers (black beans, corn, cilantro, salsa and beef) to asparagus & herb butter stuffed chicken breast. We are happy to help with cooking tips and suggestions for side dishes, and best of all, you get all of the credit for a great meal!
