A rich and savory home-style treat!  Steamed red skinned potatoes, whipped with rich buttermilk, cultured butter and just a hint of black pepper, sea salt and chopped parsley.

Organic Traditional Bread Stuffing 6.99/lb

A Thanksgiving institution!  Sautéed yellow onion, celery and sweet carrots folded into Cadia Seed and Grain whole grain bread then seasoned with rubbed sage, black pepper, turkey stock, garlic and thyme brought together with Milos farm fresh eggs.

Just like our traditional bread stuffing except we swap in Udi’s gluten free bread.

Organic Orange Mashed Sweet Potatoes 5.99/lb

A combination that is both sweet and savory.  Steamed garnet yams whipped with orange juice and just a hint of sea salt and black pepper.

Organic Seared Mushroom Wild Rice 5.99/lb

Several varieties of wild and brown rice, steamed with a pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg and sea salt then blended with seared button mushrooms, yellow onion and garlic.

Organic Braised Local Cabbage with Dill and Pink Peppercorn 6.99/lb

Local cabbage, sliced then seasoned with dill, pink peppercorn, sea salt and black pepper.  We finish it off with sweet cream butter before slowly braising it to tender perfection.

Organic Roasted Local Brussel Sprouts 14.99/lb

Fresh local brussel sprouts tossed with julienne yellow onion and red bell pepper, lightly seasoned with sea salt, black pepper, yellow mustard seed and lemon zest.  We quickly roast them at a high temperature then add in a hint of sweet raisins.

Organic Rustic Roasted Local Carrots with Apricot Tarragon Glaze 8.99/lb

Purple, orange and yellow carrots, roasted with extra virgin olive oil, black pepper and a pinch of sea salt.  We toss it in a bright peppy glaze of apricot and tarragon.

Organic Green Bean Casserole with House Fried Onions 6.99/lb

Always a family favorite!  Green beans, seared button mushrooms and caramelized onion.  We blend everything together with a hint of black pepper, thyme and sea salt in creamy country-style white gravy.  It’s finished off with savory house fried onion.

Bursting with fall flavors.  Diced garnet yams with gala apple tossed together in extra virgin olive oil then slow roasted until tender.  We combine them with sliced green onion, parsley and dried cranberries then dress it all up with maple mustard vinaigrette.

A special blend of steamed cauliflower and red potatoes, whipped with coconut yogurt, caramelized garlic, chopped parsley and just a dash of our house herbal blend.

Classic turkey gravy.  We start with turkey stock then slowly simmer it with rubbed sage, thyme and a pinch of black pepper.  It’s thickened with pureed potato, making it extra rich and naturally gluten-free!

Make sure your turkey is overflowing with extra flavor and juiciness!  Our special house blend with toasted onion, minced garlic, black, green and pink peppercorn, orange zest, hawthorn, juniper, lavender, clove, allspice, hibiscus, bay, cinnamon and star anise.

9" Fresh Fruit Tart 27.99/ea

A blissful blend of bright and rich flavors.  We start with crisp French butter pastry and fill it with smooth house-made organic vanilla cream topped with a seasonal selection of fresh fruit then finished with sweet and tart apricot glaze.

Organic Pumpkin Pie 9.99/ea

Sit back and enjoy the perfect topper to your Thanksgiving meal!  Roasted mashed sugar pumpkin blended with just the right amount of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and clove.  We mix in evaporated milk and Milo’s farm fresh egg just before pouring it into a while wheat pie shell and baking it into a delicate custard.
