Beach Shrimp

I've made this yummy seafood recipe camping as well as at home - either way, it's delicious!
 
Beach Shrimp
Make 6 - 8 servings
Prep: 10 min, Bake: 25 min
 
Ingredients:
3lb.  unpeeled large raw shrimp
1 (16 oz) bottle of Italian salad dressing
1 1/2 TBSP freshly ground black pepper
2 garlic cloves, pressed or minced
2 lemons, halved
1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c butter, cut up                       
Directions:
1. Place first 4 ingredients in a 13 x 9 baking dish, tossing to coat.
2. Squeeze juice from lemons over shrimp mixture and stir, adding lemon halves to pan.
3. Sprinkle evenly with parsley, dot with butter.
4. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes. Serve in pan.
