Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

1 can pumpkin

3 egg whites

2 teaspoons cinnamon

2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

24 drops Stevia Clear liquid stevia extract

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Grease 4 Pyrex custard dishes. Divide pumpkin mixture evenly between the custard dishes. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 325 degrees and bake about 35-45 minutes more (or until set). Cool and enjoy plain or with whipped cream on top.
