Lentil Loaf

2 cups cooked lentils
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
½ cup tomato sauce or ketchup
2 t. tamari (like soy sauce)
1 t. parsley
1 t. onion granules
1 t. oregano
Soak lentils at least 2 hours, rinse.  Boil for 30 min.
Mix together all ingredients and pour into oiled casserole dish.
Bake 375 for 45 min. 
Serve with pasta & tomato sauce or potatoes and gravy. 
Also good with sauerkraut.
