Pesto Salmon Wraps

Ingredients:
1 lb. salmon chilled (smoked or not, your choice)
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup pesto
Sliced avocados, brushed with lemon juice
Tortilla (use flavored ones for more punch!)
 
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and pesto. Layer salmon, avocado, and spread on tortilla. Roll and enjoy! These can also be cut into bite size pieces for a delicious appetizer.
 
Tip: If you have extra veggies, add those to the tortilla. Sprouts are particularly good in this wrap
