Tangerine Chicken

6 Boneless Chicken Thighs (or breast)
3 Tangerines, juiced (clemintine or oranges may be substituted)
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 teaspoon Stevia Sugar
salt
pepper
Salt and pepper chicken to taste.
Lightly spray pan with olive oil.
Brown chicken on both sides.
Add tangerine juice, stock and sugar.
Simmer for 20 minutes or until done.
A low slow simmer will make the chicken more tender.
