This month we feature a gallon of milk for just $4.99! Check out more discounts and coupons on our website. We thank you for your patronage. Jody & Joe Nolan

Help needy families in Waukesha County by donating new or slightly used teddy bears or purchasing tickets to win wonderful items and gift baskets. Donated bears will go to local children's organizations and 100% of proceeds will go to the Waukesha Food Pantry. Please join us! Learn More About Teddy Bears 4 Kids

Green Zebra Tomato and Crab Stacks
Chilled plates add to the appeal of this starter. Serve on their own or place two of the stacks over a bed of mixed greens, and top with a little chopped avocado for a refreshing main dish salad.

1 tablespoon minced shallots
1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon
2 teaspoons extravirgin olive oil
1 pound crabmeat
12 slices (1/2-inch-thick) Green Zebra tomato
fine sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
6 tarragon sprigs (optional)

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl, stirring well with a whisk. Add crabmeat; toss gently to coat.
2. Place one tomato slice on each of 6 plates; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Divide crab mixture evenly over tomatoes. Arrange remaining tomato slices over crab mixture; sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper. Garnish with tarragon sprigs, if desired.
