Owners Update
• It is a particularly exciting time for us with renovations starting on the new Milwaukee store, located next to the Milwaukee Public Market in the Third Ward (St Paul and Broadway), which we hope to open in November.
• For sustainability sake, we have decided to discontinue selling any imported bottled water.
• For the month of September, please enjoy up to a bunch of bananas for just $.01/lb with a purchase of $60 every time you shop. Can't beat the price!
• Also for September, enjoy great savings on our entire organic and local wine selection—20% off any 6 or more bottles, including case orders.
Be well! Jody and Joe Nolan

The remodel at the Waukesha store is almost complete. We still have to finish the floor and install our new olive oil and balsamic vinegar sampling station, which will allow you to sample before purchasing - should be done in September. Department Updates
Produce
Check out new crop apples coming in for September and Wisconsin grown onions, potatoes and garlic. Enjoy sweet bi-color corn from West Star Farms, a local grower near Madison. For a great tasting corn roast at home, soak un-shucked ears for about an hour, and then pop onto the grill, allowing evaporating water to steam the corn. When the husk becomes mostly discolored, the corn is ready to eat. Don't panic, it's organic! Mark
Holistics
We have a new homeopathic line called Heel and organic salves and baby care from Badger Balm. We are also introducing organic cotton baby clothes from Kee-Ka and for pet owners, we have two new pet supplements as well as a local dog shampoo. Sadie

Shop our new antioxidant beverage cooler at the end of the produce section—there is a new line of Kombuchas as well as exciting quinoa-based beverages and many other fruit and vegetable drinks. Christian

Can you guess this picture?
Last months mystery picture was Annie's Macaroni and Cheese, one of our favorite for families with kids (and some adults who are kids at heart!).
Congratulations and a free lunch for 2 goes to both Brandon L. and Amy V. for their correct guesses.
