    Join us for a winter evening celebrating the bold, expressive wines of the American West Coast. This intimate five-course wine pairing dinner will take place inside the Hop Harvest & Vine dining room, offering a warm, cozy setting while our pavilion is closed for the winter season. Our wine host for the evening will be Agatha Wilke of Capitol Husting, who will guide guests through each pairing, sharing insights into the wineries, regions, and tasting notes behind each pour.     Tom Gill and/or Brian Dopke will be hosting an organic rhythm jam from 5:30pm – 7:30pm with hand drums, percussion instruments and likely a few surprises! Feel free to bring your own instrument (store bought or home-made) or use some of the extras that will be on hand. No experience required! Note this is not a drum class, nor over-facilitated session, rather a spontaneous community drum jam that will be different every time depending on who shows up and the spirit of the group. Indoors and upstairs during Winter months, (Nov - Mar) on 3rd Mondays and downstairs in patio room during the rest of the year (April – Oct) on 3rd Thursdays.
