What is your return policy for cosmetics?

Unfortunately, Make Up products cannot be returned.  Due to health regulations and contamination concerns, we are unable to put the product back on our shelves or return it our distributors for a refund.  When purchasing cosmetics of any kind, we recommend consulting with one of our experts and trying the testers in store first, especially if you have allergy concerns.  There are testers for every product we carry and we will be happy to help you find whatever you need. 



What is your return policy for beauty care products?

All beauty products other than make-up can be returned with the original receipt within the 30 day return policy.

How do I recommend or special order a product?

We welcome product recommendations and evaluate these based on our strict standards and overall demand. The best way to submit a request is through our contact us form.  We are also delighted to fulfill your special order whenever we can. Just ask the appropriate department manager to special-order a product.


Can I request a class be added to the community calendar?

All of the classes hosted by Good Harvest are scheduled by the local area professionals who are facilitating them (with our approval).  While we cannot guarantee a particular class will be added, we are happy to take your suggestions via our contact us form and keep them on record.


Do you deliver?

No.  Unfortunately, we do not have the resources at this time for this service in our store or cafe. 


Can I reserve a table in the cafe?

Yes.  For large groups we will set a table aside with enough advance notice.  Please contact the cafe directly at 262-232-8866 and specify 1st or 2nd floor.  We cannot guarantee a specific space if other events are scheduled.  For private events, please contact renee@goodharvestmarket.com or call 262-544-9380.  To learn about catering options visit our catering page here.


How can I get the best deals at Good Harvest?

What does "local" mean to Good Harvest Market?

“Local” is word we do not take lightly.  To us, local means that those products are grown and produced in the state of Wisconsin.  We consider anything outside of Wisconsin to be “regional”.  We are proud to say that we carry over 150 local Wisconsin vendor and farmer products in our store.  Visit our Buy Local Wisconsin page to see a comprehensive list of current local vendors.


Do you offer case discounts?

Case orders and Special order cases will receive a 10% discount.  If the product is currently on sale we will give you either the current sale price or the 10% case discount, whichever is lower.  Unfortunately, we can not offer double discounts.


Do you carry produce from local farmers?

Yes!  In fact, we are proud to carry certified organic produce from over 25 different local Wisconsin farmers & producers, and this number continues to grow.  It’s like having a year-round farmers market where you can always find unique and specialty produce that can otherwise be hard to find.  Visit our Local Produce Farmer page to see what we have to offer throughout the year!
