Store Returns & Refunds

Refunds will be happily given on the purchase price of a product provided the following:

  • The return is within 30 days of the date of purchase
  • You have the original cash register receipt

We do not give cash refunds without an original register receipt. Purchases made by credit card must be refunded onto the same card.

Refunds within 30 days of an original cash register receipt will be applied in the original form of payment, with the exception of purchases paid by check. These refunds will be issued via store credit.

Credits on wellness department products without an original register receipt will have 15% deducted due to our weekly Wellness Tuesday member discount.

The following purchases are final and do not qualify for refunds:

  • Alcohol
  • Cosmetics
  • Bulk Products
  • Books/Magazines
  • Clothing
  • Reduced price closed out/marked down products
  • Items more than 50% consumed
  • Special order products that we do not keep stocked in our store
  • Product that expired while in your possession

Refunds in the form of store credit:

In the case that your refund is given in the form of a store credit, it will be issued on a Good Harvest Market gift card (which may also be used at Hop Harvest & Vine). There is no charge to receive or use this card, however if lost it is like cash and it will not be replaced.

We reserve the right to NOT give refunds or store credit, even if the original register receipt is presented.
