Thankfully, food is the most powerful medicine available to heal chronic disease. Join us as we explore the greatest power we hold to heal ourselves!
Erin and Jackie are a mother-daughter team that together has traveled from a state of great dis-ease to one of high functioning by using food as medicine to become stronger and healthier than ever and are eager to share what they have learned with others.
