Bring a yoga mat, bolster, blankets and pillow or anything that can create the most comfortable state of relaxation for you. You can also sit in a chair if you’re unable to lay on the ground.

Chris Kramer is a Reiki Master, Energy Practitioner, and Board-Certified Functional Wellness Coach. Chris is currently the founder of Living Lighter Health Coaching, offering onsite services out of Pewaukee Family Chiropractic in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, as well as remote reiki, sound healing and health coaching sessions.
